01 Definitions and Interpretation

"u789", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the u789 gaming platform and its operating entity, which holds the applicable international gaming license governing this service. u789's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements and provided no account review is outstanding.
